In 9x13 pan place 5 or 6 half chicken breasts (skinless, boneless) enough to cover bottom of pan (may use cut up pieces or chicken tenders.)
In bowl mix together:
1 10 oz can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
3/4 C Sour cream
3/4 C Mayonnaise (not miracle whip)
3/4 C grated cheese
2 T. Chopped onions (optional)
Pour over chicken breasts. Bake 2 hours uncovered at 275 degrees. If chicken is frozen bake 2 1/2 hours. In a hurry - Quick variation: Use canned chicken chunks. Then bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
